Crimestoppers

Crime Stoppers is a cooperative effort by law enforcement officials, city officials, county officials and private citizens to reduce crime. Osage County Crime Stoppers is a non-profit organization formed under the guidelines of state law and the Crime Stoppers International organization. The sole purpose of Osage County Crime Stoppers is to aid local law enforcement in solving crime in Osage County by offering cash rewards up to $1000 for information leading to the arrest and prosecution of individuals for certain crimes throughout the county.

The information number 1-877-OSCRIME (1-887-672-7463) can be dialed toll free 24 hours a day to report information on any crime within Osage County. You don’t have to give your name. Sprint Telephone Company has been most helpful in both establishing this line and providing funding for the reward program.
